Not effective at all. The ICE are going to ramp up their operations because he did nothing wrong. I’ve had multiple run ins with the cops and they had their guns drawn on me when I was sitting down in my apartment (4 of them) if I got up then I’m pretty sure I would have been shot if I didn’t comply.
