Its very obvious for me, an external contractor looking at surface level interactions, that indian immigrants are scamming the whole public support system so its also obvious the white liberal women in charge of those places know its happening and still go along with it. Some of the low/middle positions seem to try to fight back against it, but the regulations they work under, allows indians and other immigrants to completely milk the system and get the resources canadian born ppl really needs. Worst case Ive witnessed through several years is a mother of 3 getting pregnant every year and getting as much support as possible, plus several bank accounts to move cash around, baby daddies paying alimony in cash, unreported cash flows, shady deals with landlords, unreported sub-lending etc, at the end she was receiving aprox 6k-7k/mo plus all other benefits like housing support, food, medicines (which they sell), clothes, education, etc etc etc. Fuck people with no morals or scruples.
