They have like 1000 jeets on standby that they pay for just sitting around and shitting themselves and then when a client has a problem that jeet becomes their dedicated support agent until the problem is fixed. Plus everything is going virtual now because again normies are too fucking retarded to manage their systems inhouse so everything is AWS and AZURE.
