How do we allow this as a society? What is the point of a nonprofit, when the employees are absorbing all the money? Does any of their money actually go to the cause or does it just get syphon off by employees?

>>526078811nonprofits don't prevent people from having salaries. they just prevent people from deriving value from ownership of the organization (dividends, distributions, equity) and require that the organization have some sort of public-aligned mission that it allocates most of its resources to.the wikimedia foundation should be audited though.
