You will be called in to witness for yourself after they listen to the girl who reported you, in which you should present you diagnosis of autism and come with an attorney. This attorney should submit a petition to ask if your mom or another adult can actually speak for you.The girl that denounced you will also be called before you to talk bad things about you, so be ready for that. This police inquiry will decide to indict you due to the 'rape' issue, 100%. They will also ask the prosecution to include some hate crime and present justification for it, but the rape issue is more blatant. If you can prove your autism with the medical document and prove that you have some sort of job or are earning education, that suffices to get you a penal transaction. You also need to clarify that you are homossexual to the deputy and avoid looking threatening. The accusation won't want to waste time with you if they realize that you won't do shit, and will accept a penal transaction over the hassle of destroying your life over this.I insist, this is not a very serious case. But you need to have your homework done for your attorney, show real regret, show that you have a stake in society, and go public with being homossexual and being autistic.
