I feel like offices are adult daycare centres made up of quota hire employees and legacy hang arounds. They just run around cargo culting the image of what they think is a successful corporate office, and not actually doing much that's productive. The same for government offices as well, but I think the government cargo cult will continue on despite being obsoletetheres 20 million office workers in the US. what happens when their jobs are gone? America has always been a place of 'fuck you I got mine'. And you have to fend for yourself. Or will the government have a sudden change of heart and babysit just them, boomers and foreigners?
