ICE threw a canister of teargas at a group of protesters, the gas filled lungs of a baby. A woman was there with a baby carriage which was filled with a baby.

Her other child was hit as well.
Both were taken to hospital

Minneapolis tried to ban ICE by court of law but the judge said no.
