Vitaly born in Russia was an American YouTuber who did “pranks”. He went to the Phillipines and live-streamed himself harassing locals “pranking them”.

He was arrested and put in a third world prison where he had withdrawals from drugs he was taking.

Russia could use his audience to create positive content.
