This poor woman was wrongfully deported to Honduras and denied access to the US for several months and all she gets is an "apology". She should be given financial compensation and everyone in DHS should resign over this.

So there was a valid deportation order in place; then s subsequent order halting it, which ICE was unaware of. Okay. A reasonable mistake was made.

Cops make reasonable mistakes all the time. Sometimes, they will arrest a suspect who is held for years and then a trial will be held, find him innocent and set him free. It happens.

Is this the ONLY example of someone who was mistakenly deported when they shouldnt have been? The ONLY example we can find of a legal error being made?

Everyone bitches about the deportations, but theyre all illegals or overstayed their visas or something.

Wrong, every time you execute an order you check updates before complying, perhaps someone arrested here already
It's like sending you to jail and having to pay parole when the judge already voided your arrest order way before because you were unrelated in the case.
It's just another sad case of mutts not knowing how to read.
