This is the second time in about 1.5 months where we have sustaining 70mph winds (expected to get to 80) for 24-48 straight hours. That is hurricane level winds. Last time we had gusts over 100mph that knocked over all sorts of billboards, big trees, and semis. Coincidentally, there has been almost NO snow this year. It used to be 15 degrees and snowy on Christmas, it was 65 degrees this year and if golf courses were open I could have played. Something spoopy is going on
