Right now cleaning up mess after German engineers, kicking and screaming trying to make them provide reliable SaaS. It's pretty challenging when Hans makes retarded decision, and you have to explain why this is an bad idea to an idiot, why this approach is wrong. I feel like I'm not paid enough to straighten german software engineering.

Never, ever let germans touch software engineering or design system arhitectures. What you end up is with slow, buggy overly complex mess of a system that does not tolerate any user errors.
