The easiest way to get USDs is to export to and invest into the US. Before they could export by sea. Now that's becoming more of a problem because of tariffs and also because it seems that sea trade will become less safe/reliable in the future (in part because the US will no longer be willing to guarantee it for everyone, for many reasons). So the safest way to export to the US will be to have the factories over there, right next to the consumers.This allows the US' own financial system to remain "irresponsible", making money in non-productive ways, while forcing other nations to invest into traditional productions. I don't know how well it will work. I guess it probably won't be enough to reindustrialize the US by itself.
