I have not used a single AI thing. How far behind am i in the world and stuff?
I used it for a new desktop wallpaper of my cat once.So I guess you're like a step behind me. And I'm probably like 5 steps behind the people using it to get refunds on their Grubhub orders by lying about the food.Overall, you're in a good spot.
Just ask AI to catch you up ahahahahahLike shitty social media, I kind of like it, but I try to remember it's just what it is, not anything else
>>526199608I feel like it's worth running a local LLM + offline wikipedia integration. This way you have access to tons of information and AI in the event internet going down. It would be good to have a bunch of survival manuals saved for offline use too.
>>526199608I can count the time I've used it intentionally on my fingers and more often than not freely avaliable models just couldn't do what I asked of it in the first place at all. I ain't paying for that shit. I have saved a lot of slop porn images though and google has shoved an AI bot into where I want a search engine though so IDK if that counts. The only times it was useful was double checking info on antiques i was already in possession of and had done research on. Helped me do things like identify an obscured severely damaged logo and narrow down my estimated time range on a piece from 10 years to 5 but even that was a pain becuase I had to be really careful and precise in my language in some ways to ensure it didn't just feed my back the same stuff I'd already researched and really vauge in others to ensure I wasn't leading the question which would result in it just telling me what i wanted to hear.
