There will be a ground drone component in future wars when flying drones mature and reach their apex in ability.The Ground drones majority function will be "Bring your own PTP Internet", because you sure as hell ain't getting a 5G/Starlink/Wifi signal here, and secondly it will be recharging drones that come back from the front without locating a target and recharging them.The drone pilots will be in the rear with the gear. Candy bars, energy drinks and hud overlays in hand. Also these ground units will be tip-tapping little endrods plastic posts into the ground with a bulb up top, as it moves along, waiting for the light to turn green and then moving on.
