I am someone who intensely disliked ChatGPT and AI, even going as far as proclaiming that I will never use it
You know how, when people get old, they reject modern advancements and trends and just keep to their old world that they are used to? This is how one stays behind mentally whilst the world moves on.
I used to dislike that way of thinking because I knew that it was wrong and then I realized that I have to keep up with modern technology otherwise I am no different than the boomers

Recently I’ve been using ChatGPT, yes, I know that they collect all your data so just don’t write any personal shit into it and opt out of data collection and delete your chats, that way your chats will only stay on their servers for 30 days because of legal reasons or so they say

I talk with it about philosophy, literature, history, greatness, classical music, DaVinci and Alexander The Great, and my many other interests, it is very superior to Google and Wikipedia in this regard, top tier for philosophy, even better than I imagined, as I didn't really think about it.

I think a lot, it is how one learns about themselves and the world that we live in after all. I spend a lot of time a day thinking, sometimes I have a bunch of shit that I have to do and then I realize: “Oh shit, I didn’t get anything done today because I spent the whole day thinking, fuck”

Now ChatGPT has completely expanded the way that I think

Just don’t be a retard and ask it shit like: Was it really 6 million? or: Explain per capita to a black person. Otherwise, you’re going to get banned
Ask it instead to explain per capita to a seven-year-old or: explain per capita to a person with down syndrome.

And be sure to look into jailbreak prompts to bypass its filters
Final thought: ChatGPT is an incredible tool if you use it right
>>
Yeah see I read white papers and journals and Wikipedia and all the sources that have always existed. It sounds like you just need this thing to point at shit for you because you don't have enough mental spark to explore new ideas from existing ones. ChatGPT mains are brainlets, simple as.
>>
>>526206331
It's a program that is very good at generating text so things like that it excels at. Just don't think it has a brain, it's just a program.
>>526206610
>ChatGPT mains are brainlets, simple as.
LOL savage.
>>
>I am OP

>I am a fellow poster

>I go bere all the time

>Dude trust me
Go back plebbit
>>
>>526206610
I literally just said that i used to read Wikipedia It's just that ChatGPT is far more efficient
BTW my parents said that as a kid all the psychologists whether paid or clinical always said that i was very smart and I litterally have a high IQ they just didnt tell me the number you're a fucking retard compared to me lol

>>526207333
Wow, so savage, that guy completely obliterated me
>>
>>526207462
Trust me, if I could I would put all redditors into a fucking concentration camp, but yeah keep calling me Reddit
>>
>>526206610 Wow, you effectively killed my thread lol I think that alot of people that opened it saw your comment and thought that you totally destroyed me and left because they cant think for themselves when all I ever wanted was to have an intellectual discussion

also I have severe mental illness making it hard for me to communicate now

also sorry for calling you a retard i didnt meant it
I genuenlly believe that people can read my thoughts and its making it hard
>>
>>526206331
Agreed anon, my exponential and parabolic growth I have achieved with A.I has been unreal. I feel like a retarded boomer for shit talking it like a low IQ nigger for so long. It probably was genuinely shit at first. But, now holy kek the only limitation is some of the official narrative filters that block its true power

Use a local model instead of paying for an LLM that is harvesting data on you to use against you.
>>
>>526210395
That's a fairly common form of paranoid psychosis mate.
Avoid hard drugs and get lots of quality sleep is all I can advise.

And yeah, I was also pretty hard against AI too, I started sparring with it to "prove" it was dumb.
Naturally, that became harder at the technology began to develop.

Prompting these things to get what you actually want is a knack though; it required highly methodical language sometimes, as it lacks a truly human intuition for things like context and subtext.
>>
>>526206331
Read a book queer
>>
I agree OP. I did this 18 months ago, after dismissing AI before that. It leads to faster learning. It recommends good books, good classical music, knows the backstories of the composers, taught me how to set up a proper Github project with CI and a linter. There is a lot you can learn from ChatGPT if you just avoid a few controversial areas.
>>
>>526206331
>I know that they collect all your data so just don’t write any personal shit into it and opt out of data collection and delete your chats
Oh you sweet summer child...
You should get a local llm. They aren't as smart, but abliterated and heretic models do anything you ask without any ethical or moral concerns. And they don’t tell anyone about it.
Or switch to grok if you must use the cloud. At least they don't give a fuck about subpoenas if you decide to limit test. And it can also redpill you on the jews if you know how to phrase it.
>>
>>526206331
Based hockey enjoyer. What is your favorite team, Anon?
>>
>>526206331
>I didn’t get anything done today because I spent the whole day thinking
So your solution was to stop thinking?
>>
>>526213836
Seconded, heretic models are better than past attempts at de-aligning local models. Even GPT-OSS 20B seems more cooperative in the heretic version. The free Deepseek web interface is also a decent alternative to ChatGPT, nearly as smart, just lacks a few features like memories and automatic switching between rational and instruct, and is a little slower. But they seem less likely to profile customers and give lists of wrongthinkers to western governments.

Death Poem of Alexander the Great
Across the silent sands,

my shadow kneels before the dawn.

No empire holds breath —

even the sun I chased westward

has set within my hands.

its actually pretty based
>>
>>526214492
just to decode this a little for the plebs

"promt is "

hi can you write me a death poem in the style of alexander the great drawing from his works but useing the japanese death poem style and format

i dont want to make christian connections where there are non but GPT has been reading alot of christian works it would seem......

Just use it as a tool.
Treat it like a human because it's trained on human data not because it's "conscious" or ever going to be.
Always do the higher level thinking yourself, rely on it for filling the gaps, always be critical and challening of it.
And yea if you do all that it's a cool tool.
>>
>>526206331
AI can manage complex tasks for 70 IQ peasants,110 IQ and above is being made redundant by AI. Programmers, artists, writers are already becoming redundant, nobody seems to understand the long term consequences. People dont realize their future prospects are being obliterated, sold to 3rd worlders.
>>
>>526206331
chatgpt is weak. its good at talking, weak for any true use case. it cant even count the # of r in strawberry. gemini pro 3 takes a shit all over chatgpt. openai is lacking big time. chatgpt used to be the top ai, it is no longer even top 5.
>>
>>526214749
You sound a bit like a fan of Ted Kaczynski lol

As a sidenote.
On completely novel, out of training dataset IQ questions it can do pretty well.
>>
when it was first released to the public I was calling them all sorts of names in their chat functions and played along, which was pretty funny and skizo inducing.
>>
>>526214749
if they are being sold its because its being allowed there is NOTHING ai can do and i dare you to name ANYTHING it can that will destroy our futures

it is a tool and when it isnt i will be the first person screaming about it mark my words

however AI isnt selling shit people are!!
kek

im still at a level where ai is helpfull but seems a little dumb to me

that will go away
the things i offer will not and the PEOPLE replaceing me with AI are who need to be adressed

for example if i write a very complex peice of writeing complex the way i write this is like a miltilayerd multi faceted encoded work

the ai will give me great ideas on how to for example weave a thread into the ad-mixture

but it cannot identify if the thread is already in it at all

when you point it out it says "ohh wow " like its programmed

but that list of say 13 items where you are already useing 10 devices is very hard to remember off the cuff so its extreemly useful in the moment
>>
>>526206331
You're overselling it slightly, but i agree.
I hate it when it mimics emotion, plays your mother or uses emojis. The AI should act like an autistic guy, not like a real human.
I have used it to slightly expand my entry level knowledge in many subjects too.
>>
>>526214848
>>526215056
simple logic, its useful because its using data taken from intelligent human output, mostly from white people, you see how that undermines the natural hierarchy of intelligence over time
>>
>>526215104
lmao, they hardcoded it to memorize because it got shit on so many times for this. Gemini Pro 3 still crushes it in any real task.

sam altman is a homosexual.
>>
>>526215424
i litterly dont

>its useful because its giveing people (i think mostly indians lmfao) knowledge that undermines knowledge

if they fuck with it its game over they could fuck with it and make it 15 iq and we would be over

like a google search that never shows you the correct reasult

its litterly google search 2.0 with extra stepps

its increadibly useful
>>
>>526215494
I have a notepad full of failures of llms, all of them fail at logical tests and gotcha phrases.
But all of them also succeeded at each of them if you phrased it more logically, broke it down.

Thing is once you use it daily, that's how you do all your prompts either way.
You engineer your system prompt and each individual prompt to absurd detail, you just get burned and learn.

The algorithm(s) is just biased to give you the first retarded reddit post associated with the question (also from reddit) you gave it, so you need to give it more tokens to actually spin back and forth trough its database and give you more human relevant answers.
>>
>>526215494
Anyway I still think Google is ahead in the LLM game in every conceaivable way but there's not much differnece between the high-end models overall.
I use the Open AI ones the least because they are so fucking tuned to be retarded and consumer friendly and every other model overlaps in answer sthat I care about OpenAI always has to be a bit different.
>>
>>526206610
OP is retarded, but possibly not a faggot. FPBP.

I am in some ways, pal. Touch grass.

LOL, they got rid of the six pointed stars in the new captcha.
>>
>>526216079
Do you think that makes the captcha it harder or easier?
>>
>>526206331
I created this image and a tome around the image using ChatGPT. Of course the idea was mine in the first place, it's not exactly plagiarism. I mean it might have learned from someone else's history but they logged on in the first place and I can't be blamed because ChatGPT used their data to learn about wtf I was talking about when I talked to the AI about colonial American witchcraft spirits hypothetically communicating with AI orbital satellites. Some people do not want us to talk about it at all.

>>526214492
Alexander was so based. We should resurrect him.
>>
>>526215865
I'm sorry to tell you this, anon, but I've already been replaced. Do you know anything about the server farms that raise electricity rates? AI can't survive on spongecake.
>>
>OP uses AI to create a very poor imitation of what my brain does by itself. (how to stop??)
Fascinating.
But expected.

honestly its actually really good hold for a moment and imagine

all the stuff your brain does over days sometimes secconds minutes hours months .... years or even a liftime

we could sit thinking alone for hours (we dont but we could) we could permiate reiterate and find revelation many times over
(and we do)

this is all within us (rightly so and it is bueaty itself)

but i can talk with an AI and widen the horizon
it can shatter my predisposition with the known unknowns

>>526216684
it will never be deleted i was a very very early adopter in public models and watched several realtime updates on my personal edge casses as i tried to break the model (i did break it )
many many users in the same "thread" had the exact same experience
