I have a question for you, and I'm very interested in your opinion. Do you think that if Russia attacks a European country (except Ukraine), will Russia be able to invade it, and if so, how long will it take (in this scenario, we assume that NATO will not intervene)?

You should think Russia as Moscow controlling several smaller rural countries that form the rest of Russia. All expendable to the Moscow population as they're nothing more than ex-soviet villages with broken infrastructure where grannies shit in buckets. The problem they're facing with conquest is how it adds cities into Russia's territory. When you have cities with working plumbing, they might think themselves as-good or even better than Moscow, which is a threat to Russia's rule. For Russia to take over europe, they have to level absolutely everything down to mimic Russia's rural areas. At which point these countries become worthless and all Russia is doing is extending its gas-station. You can look at Russia's backyard and see how many Polands you can fit there, and think does it benefit Russia in anyway to have one or two more.
