Are there any practicing Hindus on this board? I mean people who actually believe in Hinduism and worship the gods, not just people who consider themselves culturally Hindu.I just can't get my head around polytheism, something about it seems so impossible to my anglo brain. Do you actually just believe there are a bunch of humanoid gods living up in the heavens chatting and hanging out with each other? Sometimes they just come down to Earth and fuck about with humans because they're bored? And one of them is a monkey and one of them has an elephant head, for some reason?
