I work at a bankIf I get a customer who doesn't have their up to date immigration documents, I refuse them service on the basis that I can not complete any transactions for them under Canada's anti-money laundering laws that requires them to have their information accurate and up to date. If they can't provide proof of a pending application, I freeze their account and card and leave notes to not open them until proof of residency is provided. Anyone who opens their account back up without those documents is breaking the law as a financial officer. This is how you prevent the problem in America with "illegals" from happening with jeets
