He needs to find something to leave behind for the history books. his is going to define the next three years. everything that he has fully committed his time to is based on the legacy he will leave behind. that's why he's not super concerned with things like immigration or Minnesota. these are not exactly nation defining moments. but being the great uniter who brought greenland or canada, or mexico into the fold is. people will always point to the guy that annexed greenland. or renamed the gulf of mexico. or won the nobel peace prize. or ended the ukraine war. or solved the hundred year old isreal palestine conflict. etc..he doesn't have much time left and he's desperately looking for a legacy so the history books don't define him by all the stuff CNN has written.
