So the claim appears to basically be that these accounts were set up for the Philippines, involving South Africa, which were for development of the Philippines and to be re-invested. Essentially creating everlasting funding. And the claim is that it went missing and was spread around the world in different bank accounts and the bank denied its existence and denied sending somebody to Singapore to verify itDoesn’t make much sense but that’s what I glanced over.
