I sincerely hope he does invalidate Joe Burden's pardons, especially on such spurious grounds. It would weaken the presidential pardon power in general, opening the door for future prosecutions of everyone he himself is going to pardon in 2028. It would be like Christmas for me to see a successful erosion of the presidential pardon.
