Backing up photos does not take long and hey, resetting your phone will make it faster, improve battery, and make it seem like a new phone.Phase 1: The Net Shield (DNS)>Go to NextDNS (or your DNS provider of choice). >Make sure when creating account that you use a new email with a random password you cannot memorize. Also, your DNS password should be random as well.>Copy and paste the passwords somewhere safe (on the mac is fine) so you can undo things if you fuck up. Just make sure when you are away from the mac that you cannot enter the email to reset your DNS password. >Create profile Block the usual suspects: Adult, Social, Proxy/VPN >CRITICAL STEP: Add Custom Deny Rules *instagram* (Wildcard nuke) *twitter* and *x.com* imginn.com, dumpor.com, picuki.com (Blocks the anonymous viewers you use when desperate) i.redd.it (Blocks reddit images, forces text-only mode so you don't scroll) >Download the .mobileconfig file. Save to Mac.Phase 2: The Hardware Wipe (Supervision)>Plug phone into Mac > Open Apple Configurator (will have to download) Prepare > Manual Config > Check "Supervise devices" >Select "Do not enroll in MDM" Wipe the device. This makes the phone a slave to the Mac. You cannot undo this on the phone itself.

Banking, Uber, Maps, Slack, Authenticator, Bitwarden... Download Brave Browser (Adblock). Then drag the profile onto the phone.Results:App Store icon vanishes. Safari icon vanishes. You cannot install apps. You cannot delete the profile. You cannot reset the phone.
