That Chinese manufacturing plant that Trump subsidized in his first term, went nowhere. Never built anything. They put the minimal number of low wage office staff in a local building to draw free money until it ran out. A total scam.

There are no viable private sectors because kikes sold them all and pocketed the profit. These companies won't come here anyway because our wages are too high and they have no where to sell to, not even back to themselves. They already have or copied most of our secret sauce.
