How is money created and why do banks profit from it?
Money is printed based upon a judgment of how much the economy grows in a period of time. The banks also print that money. Fun fact: The guy who invented factional reserve banking regretted it.

Everybody gave their own bullshit version of an answer, but nobody actually explained it with any coherence.With fiat money, money is basically created out of thin air in a pyramid scheme of lending. The people at the bottom of the pyramid feel like they're accumulating more cash as they work (which they technically are), but at the same time the engineered wealth disparity from top to bottom becomes greater and greater. In effect, the masters at the top of the pyramid become more powerful as the engine chugs on.

You need to play the same game the banks are. And amazingly enough if you are smart about it you can actually do good for yourself and your community.If you are upset you are poor, first blame your Grandfather, then your father, then yourself and get to work.The system as it stands is going to keep doing what it does so just accept that you can take out huge loans and make a nice business that can make you money, by up some houses and get some renters.This shit really hasn't changed since Rome. If you want to live like a lord act like one and basically gamble your life for wealth. Hedge your bets on the future. Buy up something that would never fail even in an economic down turn. Figure out how to be a local leader.
