Unrelated but I met a guy who kept goannas in a big outdoor enclosure in his back yard. He said that crows killed them by dropping cane toads in there for them to eat. I thought that was pretty big if true because using poison to take out a predator would require some critical thinking and a willingness to play a longer game than I thought any animal would.
