additionally i will say that it is obvious that the chinese will try and espionage in one of the major cities in the world. the chinese tapped the US Consulate in Chengdu via a metro tunnel they were constructing which revealed a lot of sensitive information and caused the US to close the consulate. they also had people failure in security because some of the consulate workers couldn't resist the chussy at the gay bar at the end of the street.
