The doctors are for 60 year olds and older. Younger Americans don't go to the doctor it's too expensive. The only time they go is if whatever ailment that they have causes them to become incapacitated and unable to go to work. Which takes years to cause because of the strong will of the American trying to stave off homelessness by tens of dollars every paycheck. Also there is no reason to go before this because the doctors will tell them they are ok and in perfect health if they choose to bring up their health issues with a doctor before the illness reaches critical levels.
