When exactly did America become Israel's lapdog?
>>526513074Long before Israel became a state. I don't know how we'd pick a single date, but WW2 sealed the deal.
>>526513074Moneychangers acitvities with centralised banking and felting the silver reserve
>>526513074It happened before the Israeli state was restored in 1948, but that was concrete proof that it had become a thing. So I don't know op. I'm an old person, and grew up in the 60s and 70s listening to my parents and churchfellows referring to the "holy land." This is christian zionism. I likely only broke away from this mindset because I lost my faith.
>>526513077An honest to Jove boomer? Interesting. Was the christian political climate always this broadly zionist in your experience, or did that gradually increase?
>>526513078>Was the christian political climate always this broadly zionist in your experienceIn protestant circles, yes. I can't speak of catholic circles back then, but these days I have more catholic friends than prots, and Catholics are far more likely to reject christian Zionism than prots, which as far as i can tell remain mostly subverted and maintain split loyalties between Israel and my country (USA).It's possible protestant Zionism is less prevalent than back then, but it may have been taken more for granted back then. People are more extreme and divided now. So now protestant Zionists are more defiantly Zionist, and those who have broken free of that subversion are more outspoken in their refusal to support Israel.
>>526513079The only reason I supported Israel back in the 90s a young Neoconservative is because I didn't like brown people cause I got picked on by them in high school irrespective of my Lutheran upbringing.
>>526513074America is a nation of lapdogs since the beginning.
>>526513080How did supporting Israel help you with that?
>>526513079Thanks for the insights, that makes a lot of sense.>subvertedIt's in the text, which is written by jews to get gentiles to worship their god and send them money (lend to many gentiles, but borrow from none; the wealth of the gentiles shall flow through the gates of jerusalem; etc). Christianity is zionist through and through.>>526513080That's entirely understandable, and also by design. They put brown people in your country and then pretend that both they and you are in the same boat so you'll support them. I was never explicitly pro-israel, but I probably leaned that way for the same reason until I got redpilled on the JQ.
>>526513082Didn't have much of a choice>>526513081Yeah you're right, Ivan. How's Moscow?
>>526513083Regardless, ill never be pagan or atheist because of pragmatic reasons
>>526513085As in social reasons?
>>526513078I’m an old fart who grew up in a fundie church in Louisiana and I don’t recall much Christian Zionism at first. Jew were either those people in the Bible with beards and robes, or modern Jews, seen with some degree of antisemitism but also somewhat accepted in polyglot south Louisiana. The big issues were race and the Commies and Israel wasn’t clearly aligned in the Cold War. All this changed as time went on and by the Reagan era most born agains were drinking the Zionist koolaid. Same with the gay stuff. Kids called each other queer and fag over anything and there was this vague fear of “perverts” but also a weird southern don’t ask don’t tell thing with “lifelong bachelors”, “roommates” and “she hasn’t found the right man yet”. Anita Bryant changed all that.
>>526513086Yeah pretty much. I do believe Christ is the Son of God but becoming pagan would cause my family to cut ties with me and I'd lose my best friend. Not worth it.
>>526513088No, of course. That's perfectly understandable, especially as a filthy anti-semitic heathen. Kith and kin above all.
>>526513087I'm not tracking all of the specifics, but I get the gist of it. The main thing that didn't change is that kids still called each other faggots in my childhood, and still do it to this day.At least in my neck of the woods.
>>526513087>The big issues were raceDid you see jews as a religion or as a race back then? Has your view changed since?
