rice and beans make a complete protein. skip the tortilla cause it uses goy oil.
last i bought dry pinto it was $17 for 25 pounds at costco. nongmo and all that shit too
if you want the best price with more selection for bulk go with azure standard. they have a massive list of what they don't allow in products and do community organized drop offs once a month.

Weren't they always around a dollar for the cups?
The container is 90% of the cost of those things.
It was the bags that were around 10 cents. Now they go for about 50-55 cents.
If you go with a better brand like NongShim or Buldak it's even more.

those noodles don't have a significant amount of free simple carbohydrates

Try frozen peas & carrots at end of boiling ramen when you add seasoning. Pan fry a couple chicken thighs in butter, dice & add to ramen. You will never use canned veg again.

After having a spiritual awakening (schizo break in normie definition) I live half the year in a mountain cabin literally hours away from the nearest real grocery store. I learned to make the most of canned food since Amazon prime delivers to the boonie's same as to big cities without the need to leave my neet territory. Half a can of Amazon mixed vegetables + ramen + a can of tuna with an egg cooked in top of the brick as it boils is a full meal that it's all the food groups. Mix with some protein powder and milk and you got a full post workout meal to keep you lean and jacked.

Burned pretty much all of the felled trees I chopped in picrel before snow chased me out. Feels good to return to nature, spending your time going on hikes, chopping wood, and reading books.

Cup noodle are good for about 10 months before they start tasting off, after 12 months they taste like shit. Other canned goods last for years, I had some 6 year old vienna sausages that were just fine yesterday.
