Half a can of Amazon mixed vegetables + ramen + a can of tuna with an egg cooked in top of the brick as it boils is a full meal that it's all the food groups. Mix with some protein powder and milk and you got a full post workout meal to keep you lean and jacked. Burned pretty much all of the felled trees I chopped in picrel before snow chased me out. Feels good to return to nature, spending your time going on hikes, chopping wood, and reading books.
