If I had to decide with just the video available now, I'm leaning towards it being a bad shoot caused by miscommunication under stress by the officers, but since the available video is just a small slice of larger context I need more info to be sure.That being said, one sure as shit way to not get shot while protesting is to not put yourself in that situation to begin with.
