Some states the local sheriff calls the document to go evict someone a civil warrant as well. It's done by the sheriff off of the court order from the eviction hearing. Warrant is a catchall term than means different things in different contexts. Illegal got his day in court and did not produce proof he wasn't illegal. The civil warrant produced by the DHS leadership is the end result of the final order of removal. It's not signed by the immigration judge/they let DHS fill in the details because it's all article II. A federal court would be annoyed if DHS took the immigration court order and then asked for a special writ to go arrest the fucking person. There is no point in having the article II quasi-court then.
