America saw the Canadian housing market ponzi scheme and thought "Yeah, this makes sense, fuck white people"

There are no true right wing parties in the USA. They're both woke. The democrats are just more woke than the republicans.

Stop falling for idpol garbage. Democrats are not economically illiterate, less controlled by Israel and less hawkish, which is all that matters.

This is what we voted for, rentoid. Most of us on /pol/ are landlords and worked hard for these high housing prices. We deserve to stay wealthy, as Trump says. Go be a communist somewhere else.

I own my house, what should I even do? Sell it and rent until prices collapse? I'm so scared of getting fucked over yet again in my life.
>>
>>527313331
Yeah the same guy that wants you to take out 50 year loans wants to keep the price of housing unaffordable. We're seeing big problems in Australia due to the cost of housing. One interest rate hike and people suddenly can't make repayments. It's bad policy by Trump.
>>
>>527317300
Never sell the one asset you have. The billionaires are waiting like vultures, sure you can rent, and in time you will see what we do here in Oz. One rental ad brings 200 applicants and they auction the vacancy to the highest bidder. So buying is obviously the right alternative then right? Wrong, the housing bubble is inflated to all get out. A home that should be worth 650k is selling for 1.2 million. Shits fucked, unless you're already very wealthy, which Trump is. They're basically stacking the odds against you.

It is obviously a bubble, you absolute moron. He admitted that the government artificially inflates the value of homes. Sometimes I can’t tell if this board is populated by bots or by actual retards.
>>
>>527313445
Well, your housing bubble was driven by chinks, then jeets. In theory your boomers made bank, and also enriched you with diversity
>>
>>527313331
> houses they can't sell because they're too expensive
What ill kike logic is that? Have prices collapse so that boomers can sell their houses for peanuts?
If they really wanted to sell they themselves could lower the price ANY TIME.
God bless Emperor Trump! The Emperor protects!
>>
>>527313331
It's still a seller's market here. Prices are going up 10% every year and good homes sell within days above ask. The only markets that are fucked are Texas and Florida.

They can't. Taxes.
You can however debt max taking loans on your property to buy cheaper poorer properties. Those properties then go up 100% in value over 5 years. Take out more debt and keep going.

plenty of young people own homes in the US. the problem is that you think you are entitled to a home when all you do is sit on your ass or work a shitty low paying job. there are 24,000,000 millionaires in the US. that is 1 in every 5 households. the only people complaining about not owning a home are people who were never going to be successful in the first place. you aren't entitled to a home and never were. stay poor and crying. see where it gets you.

people who are either working 16 hours a day or have a rich parents.
understand this: whites will not breed while working 16 hours a day.
you are talking about white genocide but it's the price of the houses that is one of the chief reasons ppl don't have kids, same in poland.
>work a hitty low paying job
guess what, many people are incapable of working other kind of jobs BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF THE HIGHLY PAYING JOBS IS HIGHLY LIMITED
most people work low paying jobs and it's impossible to sustain a society without low paying jobs
you can just make it easier, not harder for them to own a home
>>
>>527322835
And if this wasn't true you would in fact be more proactive about the youth and next generations being able to afford a home, but it is true, so you are all set against it because your entire ego and self worth centers around it

Institutional investors buy homes and then let them sit empty and claim the depreciation as a writeoff.

making the housing bubble bigger is either 4000 IQ or 40 IQ.
on one hand the collapse could be so catastrophic we'll see investors and brokers and CEOs learning to fly out of skyscrapers again.
on the other hand, it might never collapse and corporations will own the entire country in 20 years.
lets roll those dice

young ppl have it hard when it comes to buying a house in poland too.
but when I talk with you americans then I see you are living in some neo-feudal hell when it comes to it.
my friend works a low earing job (few 100s zlotys above minimal wage here, working 8 hours a day with paid leave and additionaly paid overtime), and yet he was able to buy a house by himself before he was 30. he is 35 now and has most of it already paid.
>>
Why do you want to own the house? I don't understand it. Just rent the house.
>>
>>527323510
It's nepotism on a societal scale. The future is a nations potential geniuses either dropping out or directing their energies against the system and the system stagnating as those that have a stake in it are no longer the best.

You can see it already with the growth of NEETs and how they can counter government propaganda and push narratives so effectively. You have a system with the intelligent upcomers on the outside and a bunch of midwits on the inside half arsedly trying to hold it together.

This trend will continue exponential over the coming years.
>>
>>527323627
>I see you are living in some neo-feudal hell when it comes to it.
There are VAST tracts of land in this country where housing is extremely low in price. But everyone watched movies and internet shows, so everyone wants to live in the exact same 3 block radius of the big city. That really is the problem. Like 50% of the country's population lives in like 7 metro areas clustered around the cities.
>>
>>527313331
>caters to jews in every way possible
>>
>>527323698
because every month a jew barges in and HAS TO CHECK if there are no shitstains on your bed, or if the carpet is properly washed BECAUSE IT'S HIS AND HE HAS A RIGHT TO CHECK EVERYTHING (he doesn't)
also if you have and earning left then the best investment is buying a place to live because you won't be able to earn as much on the stock market as you lose paying rent
>>
>>527323698
you're essentially doing that anyways. off the bat you're in 30 years so you have to rely on 30 years of stability and when shit happens it's refinance, modify, longer term. my parents bought their house in 1976 and with all the shit that happened over the years they finally made the final payment last month, but still have to pay $842 a month in property taxes forever. only perk about a house you can do whatever you want.
>>
>>527323800
>so everyone wants to live in the exact same 3 block radius of the big city.
no, ppl have to work, have to get a job so they have to be close enough to not waste half of the day travelling because nobody pays for commute time.
same in poland, houses in the countryside are really cheap but there are no jobs here
>>
KEPT YOU WAITING THERE TOO LONG MY LOVE
>>
>>527323823
The rent itself IS the interest on the house.
Banks treat houses as investments. The "return" they get, is the rent payment they receive.
Typically the mortgage rate is like 3% or something. If the rent in an area is $3000/month, that is a $36,000/year payment. Which means the house is about $1.2 million, because 36000 is 3% of 1.2 million.

If you sink your money into the house, that money doesn't generate a return at all, except you don't have to make the 3% rent payment to the bank. Alternatively you could put your money into bonds, or other financial instruments that generate the same base level 3% return, or possibly higher. You can do much better than sinking your money into a depreciating fixed asset.

>millennials and gen z BTFO
This is exactly the kind of shit I vote for
>>
you need to understand that our entire economy is predicated on the increasing value of commercial real estate. property value and derivatives is something like 60% of the market cap.
Or, more simply, the united states has not produced enough goods to afford to buy the united states.
>>
>>527324021
well this is where it differs in poland
here getting a house in the city is a net-plus every time. some ppl even buy a house and then rent it to someone while living with their parents and this rent is already enough to pay loan + other costs
>>
blackrock will buy the houses and sell them to foreign investors then they will put us all in pods
