There's a 0 percent chance of charges sticking and frankly I'm surprised if they could even get a judge to sign a warrant. The judge in Minneapolis already rejected signing warrants, but those may have been search warrants. Even so, that would mean the judge probably found there's no probable cause that a crime has been committed making this an obvious false arrest and malicious prosecution case. It's blatantly on video that Lemon was reporting and not participating in the disruption nor was he blocking anyone from entering or exiting.
