I've been struggling with massive mood shifts and mental health problems for decades. My wife and I started suspecting I had undiagnosed autism. After RFK started talking about folate issues in autism, I began taking 15 mg methylfolate, B12, B2, glycine, TMG, P5P, AND A FEW OTHERS. I've basically become a different person overnight. I've tried every supplement on Earth repeatedly, including these ones. But never at these ratios. RFK literally saved my life. My marriage. My career. And my family from divorce. I literally can't believe it. He's not lying. The retards at NPR are running hit pieces on methylation being linked to autism. Don't listen to them. Get a whole genome sequencing. Feed it into one of the methylation checkers. You can escape from your misery. It's the cause of autism and ADHD. Lack of folate in the brain. It's that simple. But the treatments are complex and required tweaking. I'm so sad that Israel has blackmail on him. He's a national hero to me.

Those are used in the hair regrow supplements.
Makes you less pissed off somehow, and in like a few min.

Less hair loss from stress thusly.
