The Man to Come is, indeed, likely already incarnate. A new Racial Avatar approaches, just as Hitler once did. It could be in any European population or European founded country - best case scenario is in one of the most powerful, such as America. But it is most likely that He is already incarnate and walks among us. The amount of clarity that reincarnation offers is astounding. I believe that it solves so many problems because it is a belief system that instills a call to action. We have all always known we will die. Reincarnation shows us that we do not need to feel a sense dread or futility because the living consciousness is in all of us. It compels things like empathy towards others as well as higher minded ideals of not putting your own petty interests higher than harm it can cause others.
