You know how? I eat locally grown meat from high welfare animals no more than once a week, and the rest I spend < $5 per day on plain whole foods like barley, brown rice, split peas, lentils, pasta, a few seasonings like pepper, garlic and salt, and some fresh fruit and vegetables. Veganism and some cardio is what you guys need, not social change or revolution, and we don't really have much of an excuse to become this silly goy animal that spends all its time waiting in the drive thru for $20 meals that are going to make it feel sick from the blood sugar changes and from the constipation and runs the day after.Seriously, you guys need to get your priorities straight and just convert to veganism for a month: whole foods, plant based. You will feel better and you will be able to write better threads about how to eat pussy, how to play conga drums, or how to score deals and resell used uncommon items in treasure hunts at thrift stores, garage sales, and craigslist.

Blood type diets. If I didn’t eat meat at least once and I would never have a solid bowel movement, and that would get old. I know because I tried it for 5 months. I thought my system was just getting used to it but no. After 5 months of just shitting water and vegetable fibers I couldn’t do it anymore. Some people can be veggies some can’t.
