There is no good outcome. Even the outcome you want will just end up disappointing you and leaving you hopeless. All victories are fleeting and ultimately reveal themselves to be a lie. Every advancement in one direction is a retreat in another direction. We may gain this but to get it we have lose that. And then we focus on what we lost and fight for that. And then when we get that back we just lose something else. I have no real point to this except to point out the pointlessness of it all.
