But 300 pound manchildren can sometimes take a large amount of bullets and his death thrashing could have been directed at the manlet. If he would have stopped shooting a few seconds earlier I would say his case is ironclad but there is now the potential for prosecutors to argue he continued to shoot when the threat was neutralized and retreating. Depends on state laws.
