I've worked 20 years at my job. Same place doing the same shit. Make more, less hours, more time off, set up for retirement in 20 years, hopefully. Technically I'm self-employed, so it's a little different than the normie job experience.

Business manager here.
It’s literally just Gen Z who cant keep a job or stay loyal

The amount of money we’ve wasted as a company training up twenty something year olds only for them to leave within a year or two is absolutely shocking.

In the past loyalty was the norm and you’d spend decades working your way up within a company. I cannot fucking stand how selfish these generations we’ve raised are and it completely messes things up for everyone involved

I worked as an independent contractor for 20 years
doing "remote work from home" on my beige PC before all you faggots first heard about it during Covid

You're one of those people in the pictures on my fancy powerpoints
>>527992532
Have you tried understanding why zoomers are leaving or you're just fine whining about it every time that happens?
>>
>>527992724
>why zoomers are leaving
because they have too many welfare options
if real poverty ever looked up their retarded asses, they'd change their ways doubleplus quick
everything in due time
>>
>>527990249
it pays the bills
>>
>>527992724
Because they’re lazy and selfish perhaps? Low attention spans and always looking to trade up to the next best thing.
>>
>>527990249
Technically. By all means, it should’ve undone me, especially since it’s a 2 hour long commute each day I work; but because I own the location and work with my family, it isn’t bad at all. Our guests are cool too.
I would never go through that as an employee though, even if the job somehow paid more than the earnings at the location. Fuck that
>>
>>527992532
Unsurprising.

>>527992724
Zoomers can't do anything.
Stem grads in my office don't know how to use the scanner or printer.
They can't right-click to find menu options and they're inclined to just go 'oh well' instead of actually looking or researching what the problem is.

I gave one a 30 minute video to watch to learn some software, 30 minutes later they were still watching it, because they had to keep rewinding it every 2 minutes as their attention drifted.

You ask them to click something on the screen and they just sit there, staring at it like it's an alien artifact.

Kek dont you laugh he is a big (mac) man operating a heavy machine.
>>
>>527990249
I feel great. I have a comfy job that clears $100k/yr. For a single guy who doesn't give a fuck about relationships in my area, I'm fine.
>>
>>527992121
Are you me by any chance lol
