I have never manually registered at Elections Canada in my life. And we have dozens of combinations of identification we can use if we don't have a single one with our name, address, and photo. For instance, I can combine my free health card (photo + name) and a recent bank statement (name + address) to prove I'm the same retard on the voter roll.
