We all live in tiny apartments/homes anyways that cost 2k-3k a month while never being able to afford a home. We have so much technology today it is seriously much more feasible to simply buy a yurt and live like mongols off the land. A yurt is exempt from property taxes in most cases if it is not connected to any public utilities. You would actually own it. We should just seriously work on brainstorming 10 thousand legal loopholes like this per day to avoid property taxes. Permanent settlements are the only thing subject to property tax so yurts are a great ideaA yurt is easily assembled and you can have a generator or something. We have so much technology to day to make living in a yurt pretty cozy

>>527996050A 16 ft diameter yurt will.cost you 30k and the cover will last 5-10 years depending on exposure.I looked into them and if your a normadic group it makes sense but horrible for perminant structures Buy a used 5th wheel for 2k and put a tarp on top
Homeless people live in the woods of a local city park in tents. My friends and I use to build jumps for our BMX bikes back there when we were 12-14. Now it's a thriving yurt camp! Hooray anon, you got your wish!
>>527996307Yeah that's why you get an impermanent one not a permanent ones Lol just be a nomadic group exactly
>>527996050Based Golden Horde appreciator
>>527996444keked and checked
>>527996455You'll need a large gsmily and a group of retainers or servants to set up and take down every few months. They are horrible. Modern ones. Like sure get me 2000lbs of animal skins and we can talk. New ones are chemicals on top of more chemicals that break down. I toured a yurt production place locally and it made me lol.Half the kits were direct from China and then " custom ones " are 60k+ Srsly find a pos 5th wheel that leaks. Lowball and tarp it I got this for 1k with a hitch and it has a woodstove.-20 degrees and was toasty warm. Going to either gut it for my bigger building or resell later.>>527996444
>>527996050Get yourself a paper route. I bought my first house at the age of sixteen with the money I earned from delivering newspapers. I owned a home before I owned a car. I bought that the following summer.
In the US if you bury someone on the property it changes the status or gives tax breaks or some such thing. Trump did it with his exwife on one of his properties. Maybe there are more loopholes like that.
A wise Chinese man once said, "if can't buy house, build shed"
>>527997161>delivering newspapersWhat the fuck year do you think it is, old man?
>>527996307My parents built a 30 foot yurt on their property in 2000. It’s still standing strong today. Original cover too.
>>527996050>>527996184The housing crisis disappears if you stack physical silver.
Just get a $20,000.00 shed and live in the county. It’ll last longer.
>>527997161Based responsible anon. This anon probably retired at 40 and is just kicking back watching his dividends and other passive income roll in.
Yurts end up being pretty expensive unless you build the frame yourself. I would suggest building a cabin out of H4 treated pine sleepers that are 3m x 200mm x 50mm these are cheap and even without pain the H4 treatment makes them immune to rot for 20 years. The h4 treatment is safe enough to lick. Paint them and maintain them correctly and you get over a century of life.I realised while building raised garden beds in my backyard that for less than 3 grand AUD which is more like 1.8k USD I could build a 3m x 3m cabin, with a pitched roof strong enough for panels and a floor completely out of h4 pine sleepers.
>>527996050>tent:/>tent Mongolian:O
>>527996050a yurt without a platform is just a big tent on dirt>just tentmaxx broyeah try living that way for a few months in the winter
>>527999801This is accurate and those platforms often cost more than the fucking yurt.
If you want something that isnt permanent the native american style tipi works well. If you want something permanent I would be looking at thick pine sleepers >>527999519

>>527996050>check out my $400k yurt, guysLand costs every bit as much as a house does, stop self-harming.
>>528000244No it does not.

>>527996050solar on top, wind as the central pillar
>>528000479Disgusting wind turbines blocking the beautiful views and killing all the native birds. We will be causing structural failures in such things via fires around the base.
>>527996050It doesn't need to be this complicated. If you deport all illegals, housing prices should free fall due to the all the available housing (20 million+ units suddenly available). If prices don't fall due to BlackRock shenanigans, eminent domain their properties and put them up for public auction. Problem solved. Seize the homes and put them up for sale like how government sells military surplus equipment. Of course, we need to ramp up deportations for this to happen. Legalizing bounty hunting by privatizing immigration enforcement would vastly increase the speed of deportations. Federalize a bounty hunter group to find and apprehend illegal immigrants. Pay them $10K per illegal returned to ICE and a fine them if they fuck up. Deadly force is authorized if the illegal or anyone attempts them bodily harm. You want yurts. I want to reclaim my homeland one hand-cuffed illegal at a time.We are not the same.
