I've asked this several times yet nobody has ever answered me.
Talking about illegals.. why don't they simply return home and just come in legally? Exactly what's so hard about it?

Each will have a different reason. Maybe you should ask some of them.
>>
>>528003454
You know they have no legitimate reason. Unless they criminals they benefit greatly from coming in legally.

Taxes, getting paid in cash means you keep everything you earn. No reported income means youre shitskin crotch fruit get a free ride in school, breakfast lunch and dinner while you get paid more cash to spend on drinking and driving.

Theses guy's would make more legally and would have benefits Plus minus the stress of being forced back home

in the US's case there is no avenue for them to enter legally doing the kind of stuff they do, like trades. nobody in the US is giving out work visas for roofers or whatever it is they do because if they had to do that then they would just look for an American.
>>

smaller population countries like Canada or Australia can do that because there are less total immigrants to process and put to an employer. the scale in the US is too huge, it would become illegal when they're moving employers and overstaying pretty quickly anyway.

> be me. have crappy poor life. no education
> lie and create fake law degree and fake bar exam cert
> move to small town anywhere USA
> make life, marry hot wife, live nice lifestyle and be really good lawyer (I studied a bit) -- pillar of the town, if you will
> get caught by pesky Karen checking background before hiring me

How dare you take away my life. I was a good lawyer and a productive member of society.

Not fair!!

Because they are CRIMINALS in their own country and wouldn't be let in.

If they were good people that a country would want, they would be not only invited, but paid and..... oh wait

Criminals ARE paid by Jewish NGOs to come to western nations...

Being sent back never happens. It isnt a concern at all.

The naturalization procedure is expensive and difficult, but not impossible for competent and motivated people. You MUST employ an immigration attorney to stay compliant with income and residency requirements and to file paperwork and forms on time.
This is why so many legal immigrants are pissed off and hostile toward illegals.

I have no idea how this is even possible in America.
Getting a bank account, housing, or a regular job as an illegal. That would all be unthinkable here.
Here they usually live on the street and with prospect of it ever getting better, but in the best situation they can live on someone's couch or crammed with multiple illegals in one room and work in some shady restaurant or a farm.

Although your employer could be hit with a 80% income tax on all the salary he is estimated to have paid, a huge fine and a prison sentence.

Not having the ID of your employee is enough to hit you with the retroactive 80% income tax.

in the US they use driving license as ID which is issued by the province, or state as they call it, not the fed state state. they can do everything with that. they don't have ID cards like in the rest of the world.

if anyone can come to america can anyone from america go anywhere else? is that the sort of loaded assumption in the open borders policy? can americans freely migrate to countries from which these migrants are coming without abiding by legalities or paying appropriate taxes?
>>

>Talking about illegals.. why don't they simply return home and just come in legally?
Because there are no legal pathways available to them.
You only give H1B visas to Indians and... models.
Also, imagine how much more would Mexislave employers have to pay, if they could only hire legal immigrants.
You lazy Amerisharts would have to start doing all that nasty work you're so allergic to.
