Funny enough, this is what any Christian--no matter how "based/redpilled"/racist/JQ-minded they are--tacitly believes. The Old Testament is a part of the Torah (a Jewish-supremacist religious text), and the old testament is considered part of the word of God in Christianity. The New Testament didn't correct it or replace it, it "fulfilled" and interpreted it.

There are plenty of Jewish doctors, pimps, scientists, spies, politicians, lawyers, engineers, etc. You could make a fine argument that Jews suck at athletics and hard physical labor. Not working with their hands specifically, cause there are and have been lots of jewish watchmakers, gem cutters, goldsmiths, surgeons, tailors, etc.; but strenuous muscular work like construction, trades, mining they seemed to avoid.
