Okay but no seriously, what is the cause of this?

Like why is everyone suddenly curing cancer?

We've been seeing XYZ söyentist claim to cure XYZ disease for decades now and nothing ever happens.
Science isn't just some sort of charitable organization that works for the good of humanity, much to the dismay of atheists who have turned it into their religion.
Studies are funded by people with a premeditated agenda looking to find someone to prove it for them.

Desperation to keep the US funding in place. Obama ended sanctions with Cuba because Cuba claimed they could cure several types of cancer. Nothing happened.

We're the best and greatest pharma innovator in the world. It's easier to mobilize WHO funds to enter new markets now that their biggest competitor is gone. There's no one stopping them now.
>>
>>528032441
I see you've never followed medical research before. Scientists cure serious diseases in rats all the time. Most of the treatments don't end up working in humans, or even securing funding for a clinical trial (tip: all the best researchers work for pharma, academia is where the second-tier rejects hang out, and pharma has no interest in a lot of academic animal research because it's so poorly done and useless in general).

you mean
>all the researchers who will change their results to reflect the financial interests of the person funding them are in pharma

It's actually the opposite. Academics fudge their results all the time because they are highly incentivized to publish as much slop research with positive results as they can, as quickly as possible. Pharma is under intense regulatory and legal scrutiny, so they don't tolerate fudged results and they don't tolerate slop research. For example: GlaxoSmithKline spent 700 million dollars on buying resveratrol from an academic fraudster, then carefully tried to have their own guys replicate the basic science and failed, so they had to write off the whole thing. Meanwhile the resveratrol guy still has a successful career at Harvard. There is basically NO oversight in academia (peer review is an honour system, it's a joke) and no consequences for fraud.
>>
>>528034755
shut up you lying jew, i knew professors who quit pharma because they were told what their results would be if they wanted to continue receiving funding. look up the marketing budget versus the research budget for any pharma company.
>>
>>528032441
No ones checking their homework anymore.
>>

>GlaxoSmithKline spent 700 million dollars on buying resveratrol from an academic fraudster
nigger, reservatrol is a naturally occurring compound that is reasonably cheap to extract and refine, nobody is buying your bullshit. go simp for pharma somewhere else you corrupt lying jew.

Here's the way it works 100% of the time.
>agent X kills cancer cells in petri dish
>we discovered a cure for cancer!!!1
>agent X kills cancer cells in mice (and a few mice)
>we discovered a cure for cancer!!!
>clinical trials set up with humans
>agent X doesn't do shit against their cancers
>investors lose millions or billions
>no one speaks of it again
>>
Maybe american companies were lobbying against it?

most of these are actually groups of diseases (it's very relevant which cell type developed into a malignant cancer) that won't have one single cure. It's just click-bait headlines and midwits believe it.
>>
>>528035027
Just google it you retard. Pharma is in fact allowed to get patents on naturally occurring compounds if they do the phase three trials and prove efficacy. They just usually don't because all the low-hanging fruit medical problems that can be easily cured with dietary changes or whatever were solved a hundred years ago (have you heard of pellagra? beriberi disease? scurvy?).

There is literally no such thing as a cure for cancer, because cancer is not one disease, doesn't operate under one mechanism, and your "cure" for stomach cancer for example can be thwarted by simple free radicals

The cancer "cure" industry is billions of dollars of snake oil and one of the easiest way to launder money in the medical community
>>
>>528032831
they're not, it's the simple act of taking vaccines off the schedule and regulating toxic chemicals being sprayed on crops
big pharma then steps in and claims they discovered a cure (when they knew it all a long) when it's no longer profitable, then move on to the next disease
>>
>>528035685
>The cancer "cure" industry is billions of dollars of snake oil
The price of cancer treatment is magnitudes higher than that.
Without your shit country involved the price of a cure is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay lower than you're jewish medical complex would want it to be.
Also all cancer is the same.
It's cells that turn against your body and refuse to die.
Tata faggotl

>>528035111
Retards still think cancer is a disease and not a mutation. To cure cancer you must predict the infinite ways your calls will mutate and go into the infinite replication phase.

We want to become rich and famous by making great discoveries. Unfortunately making "great discoveries" is extremely fucking hard. In today's education climate scientific education is treated like another pipeline to a government job, when it's supposed to be a mad competition for skill, knowledge and creativity on top of that, which requires the peak of humanity and out-of-schemes learning driven by personal interest and a vision.

The result is that the peak of humanity sit home and play vidya, while useless welfare whores run the "science" kompromat.
