Judging by rap alone Chicago and Jacksonville Florida have hundreds of murders every year that go unsolved despite cameras being everywhere.Cameras are only as useful as the effort cops are willing to put in, they don't give a fuck about gang related crime, but if you kill a CEO there's no way you get away.

The police only solve about 50% of murders in America, and those are the ones that are tied to gangs, a husband and wife, shit like that. They have no idea how to solve homicides where the killer has no connection to the victim, they rely on witnesses/cameras and DNA evidence. If they don't have that they're fucked.
