Now cars of a type can belong to a certain brand, like Mercedes, Fiat, Renault, these are your nations (not to be confused with a nation state which is a political concept). In practice you will see more trucks from a specific brand in a particular region. and the combination of civilization, race and culture produces new cars and new types of cars that still look like the brand and type, just better.
