Humanized him too much and basically created a new character which felt particularly dissonant after seeming to have wanted to introduce a genderswaped universe 6 counterpart as a canon replacement only to make the OG canon anyway. Much higher animation budget for the super movie though and visually it was really fun. That that said while I've come to tolerate and accept cg for the most part even for me it was a bit too obvious at times, especially in the panoramic shots even without knowledge of why moving camera anagles like that would be way too labor intensive for tradional animation. Even with that gripe the first person chase sequence despite being heavily CG was fucking kino on the big screen.
