On Wednesday, the Budapest Metropolitan Court handed down verdicts in the so-called antifa trial, sentencing German citizen Simeon Ravi Trux (alias Maja T.) to eight years in prison in the first instance. Co-defendant Gabriele M. received a seven-year prison sentence, while Anna Christina M. was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, suspended on probation. The case stems from a series of attacks carried out in Budapest in February 2023, against people the defendants considered to be far-right extremists.
The EU supports these criminals btw through NGO funding.
