Maybe connect it to a raspberrypi's audio input and output, put it in a watertight box add a 4g modem and put it in some hard to reach remote location and connect to it remotely over the internet so that it is hard to trace you down.

I rigged up a Reticulum network in my shop and was able to send text, files, and photos over Lora radio modules. It would be awesome if more people used it. I'm in a little town though and I think I'm the only person who does this kind of stuff.

If you go to 7.200.00 on the 40 meter band, you can find crazy shit every night. It’s handy to have something physical to associate with the written text as you’re learning. Just don’t transmit unless using a dummy load. You can also purchase a GMRS license for $45 or so, which has plenty of repeaters and activity.
